If you need to enable the emergency evacuation you will be able to achieve the following functions.

  • See who is on location
  • Instantly notify all persons of an evacuation
  • Send a custom message by EMAIL and SMS
  • Include an attachment (emergency diagram/guide)
  1. Login to the web dashboard with appropriate user role
  2. Click EVACUATION in the header
  3. Select location to evacuate
  4. Select ACTIVATE EMERGENCY
  5. Complete message on screen and submit

All persons on site will now receive an SMS or Email if this information has been provided to Teamgo upon sign in or entered into the Team profile. An SMS number or EMAIL address must be provided or the message function to work.
