Note: you will need permissions to access this feature or be the account admin.

There are a few ways to add a new Team member user quickly to your Teamgo dashboard. Here is some Teamgo terminology.

  • Team - a group you setup who have different permissions to use Teamgo
  • Users - employees who have access to the Teamgo dashboard and apps
  • Hosts - typically employees and those who meet visitors

When adding a new Team member we provide several ways to do this. Each option is described below step by step.

  • Add User
  • Invite User
  • Import Users
  • API/Integrations (discussed in another help guide)

Add New User

Under Team, you will see a button on the page to add a New Member. Select this and complete the form that is presented.

Under Team > New Member will display an option to complete a new member profile. This option will setup the new team member but not notify them or give them access to the web dashboard.

Invite a new Team Member

Under the Team option, you can also Invite a new Team member to join your account. This is done by sending them a unique, secure web link to follow that will ask them to complete and manage their own profile ongoing. This option also allows them to create a password so they can login to the Teamgo dashboard.

Select Team then under Team Options > Manage Users > Invite and follow the instructions on screen.

  • Select the Team group type and permissions that will apply
  • Copy the URL to your clipboard
  • Send the URL to your Team via your own email application with your own custom introduction and instructions.

Import Team Members

If you have Team members to add to your account you can use the bulk Import function to do this quickly including bulk updates also. Teamgo supports importing of CSV file format and we provide a template you can use for this purpose.

Select Team then under Team Options > Manage Users > Import and follow the instructions on screen.

  • Navigate to the Team tab in the dashboard
  • From the drop down menu under Team Options select "Import"
  • Follow the instructions on screen
  • Use our Template to create your CSV import file
