When a delivery arrives at your office Teamgo can instantly notify you employees. The following functions are available. Notifications can be sent by email, SMS and/or Push notifications to Teamgo Pass app.

Teamgo iPad kiosk offers the following delivery functions.

  • No signature required
  • Signature required
  • Authority to leave package

Assign Default Delivery Contact

First add your default delivery contact(s). These are people who can be notified when a delivery arrives based on your message settings.

  • Login to the web dashboard
  • Click on Settings
  • Click on Terminals
  • Click on the Terminal you wish to assign a contact
  • Add your delivery contacts and click save

Enable Kiosk Delivery Options

To enable delivery options on your iPad Terminal you must enable the delivery function using the Terminal Designer and build a flow.

  1. Login to the web dashboard
  2. Navigate to Settings > Terminals
  3. Select the terminal you wish to allow delivery arrivals
  4. Select Terminal Designer at the top of the page
  5. Add a new Delivery element or edit the existing one by selecting it
  6. Once the element is selected, click Next at the top of the page
  7. Tick or Untick the Delivery Options box to enable delivery options
