At times you may need to logout of the Teamgo iPad application.

  • Upgrade
  • Select a printer
  • Change terminals
  • Force a refresh of terminal settings

To logout of your Teamgo iPad in the bottom right corner, press and hold for 5-7 seconds. You will then be prompted for your password to confirm.

Optional Logout/Close

  1. Make sure Guided Access is not enabled (disable if so)
  2. Press the iPad home button twice
  3. Locate the Teamgo application and swipe up to close it

Restart the iPad if steps 1-3 do not work.
