At times you may need to logout of the Teamgo iPad application.

  • Upgrade
  • Select a printer
  • Change terminals
  • Force a refresh of terminal settings

To logout of your Teamgo iPad, tap in the bottom right corner and you will see a small settings icon appear. Tap this again then you will be prompted for your password to confirm.

Optional Logout/Close

  1. Make sure Guided Access is not enabled (disable if so)
  2. Press the iPad home button twice
  3. Locate the Teamgo application and swipe up to close it

Restart the iPad if steps 1-3 do not work.
