Once you connect the Badge Printer to your Teamgo iPad app you will need to then ensure the sign in kiosk has enabled this feature when a person signs in.
- Print new visitor badges
- Re-print visitor badges
Enable Badge Printing
- Ensure you have connected the Printer to your Teamgo iPad app and it can be reached with a print test (see relevant connection help article)
- Use the Terminal Designer feature to enable the badge printing for your visitor flows.
By default the badge printing is NOT enabled on your kiosk. Even when you connect the devices and you can print test, you need to complete the above step.
Each kiosk can have a terminal that may allow for multiple types of visitor sign in. We do not assume you want to print badges for all of these, or even assume you want badge printing at all so its disabled by default as it can cause interruptions if enabled but no printer is detected.
