Setup Teamgo and Salesforce to work with each other

To use this feature you will need our Premium Plan and/or integrations enabled. You will also need your SalesForce account accessible as an admin.

  1. Sign up for an account on Salesforce
    Ensure you have a Salesforce account with the appropriate plan to access the chatter feature.

  2. Enable API
    You will need to enable the API access on Salesforce before Enabling this Integration on Teamgo. You can follow link below to enable API access or Contact Salesforce Support directly (as this process may change on their end).

  3. Install Salesforce Chatter or Salesforce CRM on Teamgoa.
    Login to Teamgo. Go to SETTINGS > Integrations. Go to the Third Party tab. Click the Enable option for Salesforce Chatter or Salesforce CRM. Follow the prompts in the popup window. Click Allow to complete setup process
