The Teamgo Integrations Module is a premium feature. Contact your account administrator to evaluate or enable this feature.

Organizations have different reasons for wanting to save inductions to a separate storage. Perhaps so that the documents are easily accessible or even for compliance purposes. We have added a OneDrive integration to allow just that.

Enabling OneDrive Integration

To Enable OneDrive Integration or to change the Folder name, do the following:

  • Log in to the web dashboard.

  • Click your profile icon at the bottom left and go to Settings

  • Go to Integrations

  • Scroll down, and click the Enable button for OneDrive.

  • A pop-up window will open and ask you to sign in to your OneDrive account.

  • Successfully sign in to OneDrive.

  • Follow your company procedures and stay signed in or not.

  • Click the Accept button.

Defaults and Syntax

On the Integrations page, click Configure to change where the inductions are saved.

  • Inductions docs will be saved in the 'checkin' folder.

  • A 'checkin' folder will be created if it does not exist in the folder/path that you specify.

  • The default folder is the 'Documents' folder.

  • Folder names should be alphanumeric and cannot contain spaces.

  • If you want to use subfolder(s), the '\' symbol is needed as a divider when you specify the Folder name/path under Integrations > OneDrive, e.g., Reception\Inductions
