How to configure SAML for Okta/Teamgo

Teamgo supports Okta single sign-on and SAML user provisioning as an Enterprise integration feature for large enterprise workplaces.

Supported Features

The Okta/Teamgo SAML integration currently supports the following features:

  • SP-initiated SSO (Single Sign-On)

Configuration Steps

If you haven’t already, sign into your Okta Administrative portal. Once signed in:

  1. Click Applications in the left-hand sidebar, and then Browse App Catalog near the top of the resulting page.

  2. Search for Teamgo then click Add Integration.

Once added, obtain the Okta sign-in details to be entered into Teamgo.

Copy the settings from your Okta, under the Sign On tab, expand the details under SAML 2.0 settings.

Setup SSO on Teamgo

  1. Login to Teamgo dashboard to begin integration

  2. Click your profile icon at the bottom left and go to Settings

  3. In the SSO row, click Enable

After completion, it should look something like this

The following SAML attributes are supported

Click on Login with SAML SSO. If prompted, enter your Okta credentials.
