Teamgo delivers email notifications when a number of events take place including visitor arrivals, emergency messages, visitor receipts etc.
Depending on your security policies for email and data coming into your network, you may at times need to unblock Teamgo from any firewall or mail rules you have setup to safeguard your employees and secure your network.
You may need to work with your IT team or provider to ensure Teamgo can deliver email messages. Please allow the following domains (whitelist) on your mail exchange and network infrastructure.
If you receive email arrival issues (no emails or intermittent) check the above settings and then contact Teamgo for further assistance.
It's important to understand at times email arrival issues may be outside of our control as we do not have direct access to your internal network settings. This needs to be managed by our customers directly.
