The Pass - Visitor Sign-In App enhances the Safety, Security, and Emergency features of the Teamgo Visitor Management System. It also improves User Experience even more by making critical functions and settings available on the go.

Features
The features the User can access would depend on the permissions enabled for the groups that they belong to.
Home tab
Home - return to the main screen
Schedule - view existing and create new pre-registration, booking, and desk schedules
Scan - used to scan different system QR codes (QR code sign-in point, Desk booking QR, etc)
Notification - view different system notifications, including sign-in, sign-outs, etc., depending on your permissions
My Pass - access your user QR code, edit your profile, or view your current status with an option to sign out if already signed in
Location Selector - filter by the location of interest
My Sign Ins - view your sign-in history
Emergency - access emergency functions
Status Selector - choose the desired User status, including In the Office, Working Remotely, Sick leave, Personal leave, and On vacation
Apply Status - apply the selected status, and the timer will start running
Users Onsite - displays a list of Users onsite
Show All Users - displays all Users assigned to the location
Nearby Sign In Points - displays a list of nearby sign-in points that you can check into
Schedule tab
Search for an existing scheduled event
View, edit, and check in to an existing scheduled event
Click the plus (+) icon to create a new schedule
Scan - used to scan different system QR codes (QR code sign-in point, Desk booking QR, etc).
Notifications - view the your notification history
My Pass
Access your user QR Code
QR Code is replaced with an option to Sign Out if you are already signed in
Click the Edit button to modify the your profile
Permissions
Review Groups and Permissions
No permissions selected - Access to the QR Code, Schedule, Notification, and Profile tabs by default
Check-in using contactless - Access to the Home and Scan tabs
Manage Safety and Evacuation - Access to the Safety icon at the top right of the app's Home or QR-code screens
