The Pass - Visitor Sign In App enhances the Safety, Security, and Emergency features of the Teamgo Visitor Management System. It also improves User Experience even more by making critical functions and settings available on the go.

Features
Home tab
User's QR code - useful for quick access to their QR code for easy iPad sign-in point check-ins. If the User does not have permission to access the Home tab, this will be on a tab at the bottom
User's Sign-in History - read-only data that can be filtered
Emergency - activate emergency evacuation, view people onsite, and sign them out once accounted for
Remote check-in - Check in anywhere and GPS data will be captured
QR-code Sign-in Points - Users can check into a location's QR-code sign-in point if they are within 100 meters of it
Events tab - add, modify, and delete pre-registration events with options to resend tickets/QR codes
QR-code scanner tab - Users can scan Teamgo QR code posters for quicker sign-in using pre-filled form fields
Notifications tab - detailed notifications list
Profile tab - Users can edit their profile, modify their notification settings, and logout of the Pass app from here

No permissions selected - Access to the QR Code, Schedule, Notification, and Profile tabs by default
Check-in using contactless - Access to the Home and Scan tabs
Manage Safety and Evacuation - Access to the Safety icon at the top right of the app's Home or QR-code screens
