Teamgo is a tool for businesses and organisations to manage their visitors, staff and contractors to the workplace.

Our service is one of upmost trust and integrity, you know who we are and you are going to trust us with important data about you and your visitors.

Owner accounts

To provide the best trial experience, maintain the highest degree of safety and security, and prevent any accidental sign-ups, we ask that you use a business/company email address.

For example, an @gmail.com email address would be considered a non-business email address. An @yourcompany.com address would be considered a business address.

We do not allow automatic trial sign ups for

  • @gmail

  • @yopmail

  • @iCloud

  • @Outlook

  • @hotmail

We understand that not everyone may have a corporate email domain. If you'd like to proceed with a trial and don't have a business email, contact us for further assistance.

Administrator accounts

Your account administrators are a group of users and may continue to be added to the system with work or non business email addresses.

User accounts

Adding and importing your users can continue to use any domain email address. This rule only affects account administrators and subscription owners with Teamgo, not users.
