This feature allows inspection checklists to manage vehicle and product inspections in a supply chain or logistics environment. Using a different process or form for every nth vehicle ensures periodic, detailed compliance checks beyond routine inspections, allowing the company to verify compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) laws and other regulatory requirements without disrupting daily workflows.

Please review iPad sign in points and workflow customizations

iPad app behavior

The iPad would display the current count, a custom message after each successful check-in, and a custom reminder message once the limit has been reached.

Kiosk Design

We recommend setting up at least two workflows.

  1. Workflow A contains a success screen with the sign-in limit enabled - using this workflow would increment the sign-in count by one toward the limit. In addition, this workflow would not be usable once the limit has been reached.

  2. Workflow B contains a success screen with the sign-in limit disabled - this would serve to reset the limit and would always be accessible regardless of whether the limit has been reached or not.

Workflow Design

You can customize the workflows and add/remove screens, including forms and checklists, as needed so long as the Success Screen is included. The sign-in limit is enabled by specifying the number of check-ins allowed and typing in the message to display on the iPad screen once the limit has been reached.
