Printing visitor badges in red using the Teamgo Visitor Management System can enhance visibility and strengthen your workplace security protocols. Teamgo allows you to print badges in red, black, or a combination of both, depending on your needs.

Hardware Requirements

  1. Brother QL-820NWB (recommended) - other Brother models may work, but this feature has only been tested with this model.

  2. 62mm Brother Black and Red on White paper - such as the DK-22251 or the sample label cartridge bundled with the Brother QL-820NWB.

How to Set Up

Design Setup

  1. Go to the visitor badge designer (global or kiosk-specific)

  2. Click on badge elements and set their color to black or red. Any part of the badge template designed with red will print in red, including the logo.

Teamgo iPad App Setup

Go to Settings -> Paper Size then click on Custom Size

Enter "62mmRB" then click Save.

Update Color Print Density (optional)

  1. Click the printer's menu button

  2. Click Ok on Settings

  3. Click Ok on Print Density (2 colors)

  4. Click Ok on black or red

  5. Select a density ranging from +6 to -6 and click Ok

  6. Repeat for the other color, if needed
