SMS Outbound Issue

If SMS notifications are not being delivered, the issue may be related to the SMS provider, carrier restrictions, or caller ID configuration.

In some cases, the SMS provider may be experiencing a temporary service interruption. Another common cause is an unconfigured or unauthorized caller ID. If the caller ID used for sending notifications is not recognized by the carrier, outbound SMS messages may fail.


If you are experiencing issues sending SMS notifications in Teamgo, update the SMS caller ID using a number authorized for your region:

UPDATE CALLER ID

  1. Log in as Admin to your Teamgo Dashboard

  2. Click Profile Photo/Your Initials on the lower left of your screen

  3. Go to Settings

  4. Navigate to Notifications

  5. Enter your SMS caller ID number (Enter one of the SMS caller IDs above, depending on your region)
