Teamgo Kiosk App - from 4.5.0 to the latest version

We’ve recently released a brand-new version of the Teamgo app. This update includes a full redesign to improve performance, flexibility, and long-term reliability. If you’ve just updated, here’s what you need to know.

What’s Changed?

A Fresh New Look - The app has been completely redesigned with a new interface.

  • Menus, buttons, and layouts may look different

  • Some features may be in new locations

  • The overall experience is more modern and streamlined

Tip: If something seems “missing,” it’s usually just been moved.

Printer Setup

Printer settings have been updated and may need to be set up again.

You may need to:

  • Check your printer connection

  • Re-select your printer

  • Reconfigure badge or ID card template sizes from the kiosk app settings and the web dashboard

If printing isn’t working after the update, a quick reconfiguration usually resolves it.

Network & Connectivity

The new app connects to an updated system behind the scenes.
