Teamgo lets you print visitor badges when someone signs in through an iPad Kiosk. You can also pre-print visitor badges for pre-registered visitors and reprint badges for visitors already on site.

There are two types of visitor badges you can design.

  1. Global Badge - this is the default badge design that will be used

  2. Kiosk Badge - each iPad Kiosk can have a custom badge so you can print different layouts and content depending on the kiosk people use to sign-in

Global Visitor Badge

To design and setup your global visitor badge

  1. Click on Workspace

  2. Click on Settings

  3. Click on Badge Template

Kiosk Badge

To design and setup your kiosk specific visitor badge

  1. Click on Workspace

  2. Select your Location

  3. Select your iPad Kiosk

  4. When the Kiosk Designer loads, click Visitor badge

This will load a new window where you can then customise the badge specific to that iPad Kiosk. Here you can design your custom kiosk badge, or choose to use the Global Badge template by default.
