Account Invoices

Where and how to access your account invoices

We store all of your account invoices in your web dashboard. This section is only available to account administrators.

Invoices are in PDF format and typically include a payment link (card payment) and payment bank details. When your invoice is paid it will be automatically updated to show the paid status and zero balance.

  • Login to your admin dashboard

  • Click on Workspace

  • Navigate to Settings

  • Navigate to Account Details

  • Navigate to the Invoices Tab

  • Click to view or download your invoice
