For customer who are directly account managed please contact the Teamgo support team to remove your location and modify licenses.
All other customers are welcome to automate the archiving of a location thus reducing location numbers and licenses.
Archive Location
To remove a location follow these steps
Login as Admin to your web dashboard
Select the location to modify or remove
Select Archive Location
When you archive a location it will be removed from your web dashboard and any sign in points will no longer be active. You can request your location to be restored for up to 90 days.
