If you wish to disable printing badges from your iPad Kiosk when visitors sign in you will need to remove it from the sign-in workflow using the Kiosk Designer.
Disable Badge Printing
Login to the Teamgo web dashboard
Click on Workspace
Select a Location where the iPad kiosk is
Click on Sign-in Points (default)
Select your iPad Kiosk
Once the Kiosk Designer launches you can then remove your printer option to the relevant sign-in workflow.
Click on Workflows
Look for the workflow of interest
Click the edit (pencil) button on the Success Screen
Ensure the Print visitor badge is unchecked, and hit Save
Refresh your kiosk
Once you have disabled badge printing, we recommend you test the sign-in process.
Note: The steps in this article do not apply to pre-registered visitors. You can find the badge printing option for pre-registered visitors under the Check-in tab of the pre-registration settings.
