Upon enabling the emergency evacuation function you will be able to:

  • See who is on site

  • Instantly notify all persons of an evacuation

  • Send a custom message by EMAIL and SMS 

  • Include an attachment (emergency diagram/guide)

To activate an emergency evacuation in a single location:

  1. Login to the Teamgo web dashboard with appropriate user role

  2. Click on VISITORS

  3. Select the Location to evacuate

  4. Click Evacuation List

  5. Click the RED "Activate Emergency" button

  6. Select the Emergency template to use

Once activated your iPad Kiosks will be locked for use and a dashboard notification will be presented until it is disabled.

To activate an emergency evacuation across multiple locations:

  1. Login to the Teamgo web dashboard with appropriate user role

  2. Click on VISITORS

  3. Select ALL LOCATIONS

  4. Click Blue Activate All Locations button on the top right of your screen

  5. Complete message on screen and submit

All persons on site will now receive an SMS or Email if a phone number or email address has been provided to Teamgo upon sign in or entered into a Team Member profile.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO COLLECT THE PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS OF ALL PEOPLE ON SITE SO THAT THE MESSAGING FUNCTION CAN WORK AND EMERGENCY EVACUATIONS CAN RUN SMOOTHLY.
