Upon enabling the emergency evacuation function you will be able to:
See who is on site
Instantly notify all persons of an evacuation
Send a custom message by EMAIL and SMS

To activate the emergency feature in the Visitor Management System, administrators have two convenient options:
1. Using the Web Dashboard
Administrators can initiate an emergency evacuation directly from the Teamgo web dashboard. The steps are as follows:
Access the Emergency Feature: Navigate to the emergency section within the dashboard.
Select the Emergency Function: Choose the type of emergency you wish to activate.
Choose the Location: Specify the location where the emergency is occurring.
Select a Message Template: Pick from pre-configured templates tailored for various emergencies (e.g., fire, evacuation drill, active threat).
Confirm and Activate: Review the selected options and activate the emergency alert.
Upon activation:
All individuals on-site will receive immediate notifications via email and SMS.
A custom message, along with any attached diagrams or guides, will be sent
The system will display a real-time list of all persons currently on-site, aiding in evacuation procedures.
2. Using the Mobile App
The mobile app, available for both iPhone and Android, allows administrators to manage emergencies on the go. To activate an emergency via the app:
Open the App: Launch the Pass app on your smartphone.
Access the Safety Icon: Tap on the safety icon located at the top right of the app's Home or QR-code screens.
Initiate Emergency Evacuation: Follow the prompts to activate the emergency evacuation process.
This feature enables administrators to:
View real-time data on individuals currently on-site.
Send immediate emergency notifications.
Sign out individuals once they are accounted for.
