Upon enabling the emergency evacuation function you will be able to:

  • See who is on site
  • Instantly notify all persons of an evacuation
  • Send a custom message by EMAIL and SMS 
  • Include an attachment (emergency diagram/guide)

To activate an emergency evacuation in a single location:

  1. Login to the Teamgo web dashboard with appropriate user role
  2. Click red evacuation icon on the top right of your screen
  3. Click on the name of the location you wish to evacuate 
  4. Click Activate Emergency
  5. Complete message on screen and submit

To activate an emergency evacuation across multiple locations:

  1. Login to the Teamgo web dashboard with appropriate user role
  2. Click red evacuation icon on the top right of your screen
  3. Click Activate All Locations
  4. Complete message on screen and submit

All persons on site will now receive an SMS or Email if a phone number or email address has been provided to Teamgo upon sign in or entered into a Team Member profile.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO COLLECT THE PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL ADDRESS OF ALL PEOPLE ON SITE SO THAT THE MESSAGING FUNCTION CAN WORK AND EMERGENCY EVACUATIONS CAN RUN SMOOTHLY.
