Cannot login with account details

If you cannot login with your password you can use the recovery tool.

If you have issues logging into Teamgo due to a password error its most likely the password is entered incorrectly or has been changed.

Depending on your user account status, you may not have a password yet so you can create/recover one using the process below and following the tips provided.

  • Keep your password private and secure, never write it down

  • Use a combination of characters including letters, numbers, symbols and capitalisations

  • Ensure caps lock is disabled

  • Ensure you enter it correctly, don't rush! :)

TEAMGO WILL NEVER ISSUE A PASSWORD BY EMAIL OR OVER THE PHONE.

TEAMGO EMPLOYEES CANNOT CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD.

YOU MUST USE THE RECOVERY TOOL FOR A NEW PASSWORD.
