At times you may need to take down specific notes related to a visitation. Notes can be added to a visitors record easily with Teamgo once the visitor has signed in, or well after they have departed.
Option 1 - Manage Visitors
Login to your web dashboard
Go to your location overview
Click the Manage Visitors tab
Select a visitor record
Click the Notes tab
Enter your note (it will auto-save when you press return)
** you can edit visitor notes via this method **
Option 2 - Visitor Records
Login to your web dashboard
Go to your Users
Select Visitors
Search and select the relevant visitor
Search and select the relevant visitor record (click visitor name)
In the Notes section, add your note (it will auto-save when you press return)
** you can edit and delete visitor notes via this method **
Notes are kept on file as permanent records associated with a single.
