Visitor capacity limit

Limit how many people can sign-in to a location

Updated over a week ago

Capacity management allows administrators to set how many people can be checked in at any one time to a location. If Enforce Capacity is set, when the capacity number is reached, all sign-ins will be temporarily barred until someone signs out.

Capacity is applicable to all visitor types including employees.

Enabling capacity for a location

  1. Click on Sign In Dashboard option on the dark sidebar

  2. Go to Location Settings

  3. Scroll down and click on Capacity

Once the Maximum number of people allowed at this location is set, you will see the sign-in counter in your Kiosk dashboard.

If Enforce Capacity is set, visitors will not be able to sign in when capacity is reached.
