Required Hardware
To use Teamgo all you need is a computer web browser. Teamgo is cloud software with the option to connect to an iPad running the Teamgo Kiosk app. The iPad is optional if you want physical sign in points.
If you would like to print visitor badges you also need a supported printer.

You don't need a high end iPad device to run the Teamgo app, it's a small installation and uses little resources. The most popular options our customers choose are

Versions of iOS Supported
Teamgo no longer supports iOS 12.5.7 and older versions of the Apple iOS (operating system installed on your devices).
Why is my iPad not listed?
The answer is simple, security and performance. We cannot support iPad's that are note able to keep up to date with new iOS (operating system) releases, they pose security risks to your organisation if not maintained.
