Global settings that will apply across your entire account

Click on your profile picture at the bottom left, click Settings, and with the proper permissions, you will have accessed the settings section that will affect your entire system.

Watch how to access your system settings

  • General Settings - modify the company name, logo, email, phone, and website information.

  • Multi-factor Authentication - enable/disable Time-Base One Time Password (TOTP).

  • Booking Types - settings used by the pre-registration and booking features

  • Data Retention - enable/disable the deletion of User/Guest sign-in data, activities, and messages after X months. Also, allows for GDPR compliance.

  • Delete Data - anonymize Guest data older than X months. Also allows for the immediate deletion of all Guest data.

  • Languages - manage languages for customization and localization purposes by mapping fields and messages.

  • User Attributes - custom attributes that you can be added to User profiles

  • Email Reports - daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly email reports

  • Notification Logs - system-wide notification logs

  • Integration - SSO, Directory, Contractor Management, Notification, CRM, Storage, and Custom integrations.
