Converting a Guest to a User

Converting a Guest to a User typically makes sense when the guest requires ongoing or elevated access to the system, e.g., frequent and regular check-ins, the visitor is transitioning into a staff role, etc.

  1. Click on the People icon on the dark sidebar, and select Guests from the light grey sidebar

  2. Search for and click the guest of interest

  3. Click the option to Convert to User, and click Convert Now on the pop-up window
