This guide will explain the process to add users to iPad and QR code sign in points so they can be hosts for your guests.
When you add a user to Teamgo they will be assigned automatically to your default location and sign in point. If you want to add a user to another sign in point as a host there are several ways to do this.
Assign through the users profile
Go to your users profile and edit the location and sign in points they should be added to.
Assign using sign in point host option
Using the kiosk designer tool you can add hosts and customise lists and sort orders.
Assign hosts to a specific workflow
With an iPad kiosk you can add multiple sign in flows for visitors, each of these can use a customised lists of hosts if required.
