Manage your document settings with the visitor software

For safety, compliance, and a myriad of other reasons, you may want to manage documents and induction forms between your company and other entities. The Documents module will allow you to do just that. You can create different optional or required document types for Users, Contractor Companies, and Inductees.

How to Access the Documents Section

  1. Log on to the Sign In Point dashboard.

  2. Click on the Documents icon on the main navigation bar.

Documents Overview Screen

The documents screen displays a list of all documents and their status with options to sort and view. Documents are divided into four document categories on the left side:

  • Customer (Guest/Visitor) documents

  • Company (Contractor Company/Supplier) documents

  • Inductee (Contractor Company Worker/Employee) documents

  • User (people managed directly by your organization) documents.

Clicking a document type under any category filters the list. It also displays a Modify Document button on the left side, where the document parameters can be modified and where the document type can be deleted.

Click the + New Document button at the top right to add new document requirements.

Induction Forms

You can access the induction form screen by clicking your profile photo/initials at the bottom left, going to Settings, and navigating to Induction Forms.

On the induction forms screen, you can view a list of different inductions along with the option to create new ones.

Induction forms hold customizable workflows similar to those used by the QR-code Sign In Points.

Once you have created the inductions needed for your location(s), you can assign a User to an induction location to require them to complete all the inductions for that location
