Teamgo now allows administrators to enable Return Visitor and Pre-Registered Visitor Check-in by configuring the workflow's Full Name field to recognize previously signed-in visitors.
Full Name Matches A Visitor Record
If a visitor enters a name that matches an existing visitor record, they can choose to either:
Sign in as the matched visitor, or
Complete the form as a new entry by clicking "Not you? Unlink"
If the visitor selects the matched record, their previously stored form data is used where applicable. They will still be required to complete the remaining steps in the workflow before their check-in is finalized.
Full Name Matches A Pre-Registered Attendee's Name
If the entered name matches a pre-registered attendee's, they will have the option to continue or click "Not Me!" and continue filling out the form.
They will not be required to complete the remaining steps in the workflow.
