You may be in a situation where you do not have access to an iPad, do not wish to use or invest in an iPad device or WIFI connectivity, or the environment does not allow it.

Teamgo can still perform in several ways without a physical iPad as your kiosk.

Teamgo provides features to allow you to check in guests without the need to operate an iPad device. Contactless check-ins support health and safety, while the Web sign-in point enables you to sign in guests using the browser on virtually any internet-enabled device.

This can be achieved in several ways.

  • Have your guests scan a QR code with their phone and complete a web check-in form. This is done by printing a "kiosk QR code" and placing it in a visible spot at your workplace for people to scan.

  • Use the Teamgo Pass smartphone app and let employees check in from their phones when on-site or from any remote location.

  • Turn any desktop PC, laptop, web-enabled TV, or tablet with internet access and a web-enabled browser into a Web sign-in point.
