If adding contractor workers as Users in the system is not enough and you need a more robust solution that will allow contractor companies to manage their employees and, at the same time, allow for an easy and efficient method of managing document and induction requirements, then the Contractors module is what you need.

Contractors is a Premium Module available to all plans on request.

How to Access the Contractor Module

The Contractor is accessible by clicking the Manage Contractors button on the left sidebar.


The Contractors screen will display a list of information related to existing contractor companies. It will also give you options to search, manually add new contractors, import contractors using a template, invite contractors, and customize the columns.

Clicking on a contractor would allow you to manage documents, view inductees, and view sign-in information.

Adding New Contractor Companies

Adding new contractor companies is easy. If you just want to add a few, adding them one by one may be the best way to go. If you want to add them in bulk, you can import contractors or invite them to create their own accounts instead.
