How to access your system settings

Click on your profile picture at the bottom left, then click Settings. With the proper permissions, you can access the system settings screen.

Setting Categories

Workspace

  • Account Info - modify the company name, logo, email, phone, and website information.

  • Booking Types - settings used by the pre-registration and booking features

Users

  • User Attributes - custom attributes that can be added to User profiles

  • Badge Template - global visitor badge design

  • ID card template - ID card design for Users

  • Authentication - multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced security

Data & Privacy

  • Data Retention - enable/disable the deletion of User/Guest sign-in data, activities, and messages after X months. Also, allows for GDPR compliance.

  • Delete Data - anonymize Guest data older than X months. Also allows for the immediate deletion of all Guest data.

Notifications

  • Sign-ins - global notification settings

  • Automated Reports - daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly email reports

  • Delivery Logs - notification logs

Miscellaneous

  • Languages - manage languages for customization and localization purposes by mapping fields and messages.

  • Integration - SSO, Directory, Contractor Management, Notification, CRM, Storage, and Custom integrations.
