How to access your system settings
Click on your profile picture at the bottom left, then click Settings. With the proper permissions, you can access the system settings screen.

Authentication - multi-factor authentication (MFA) for enhanced security
Data & Privacy
Data Retention - enable/disable the deletion of User/Guest sign-in data, activities, and messages after X months. Also, allows for GDPR compliance.
Delete Data - anonymize Guest data older than X months. Also allows for the immediate deletion of all Guest data.
Notifications
Sign-ins - global notification settings
Automated Reports - daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly email reports
Delivery Logs - notification logs
Miscellaneous
Languages - manage languages for customization and localization purposes by mapping fields and messages.
